Movie not able to sync if I have a SRT subtitle selected

Hello,

If I try to sync a movie with a PGS subtitle it works fine. But if I try to sync a movie with a SRT subtitle, the Plex app just says, “There is an error with this item.”

Anyone else having this issue?

Phone: iPhone X
OS: iOS 12.0.1
Plex Media Server: 1.13.9.5456
