Movie not playing when one audio track is selected

Server Version#: 1.18.0.1900
Player Version#: 3.104.2

I’m having an issue with a specific movie, which isn’t playing when the Italian audio track is selected. It plays normally when the English track is selected.

If I select the Italian track and then play the movie, the movie won’t even start.
If I select the English track, the movies plays normally, but stops and doesn’t play anymore whenever I switch to the Italian track.

I’ll attach a screenshot from MediaInfo to show the movie informations.

I’m using a Synology NAS, and the problem appears with both Windows and Mac client. I’ll check the Plex logs to see if I find any error!
