I just recently updated my WD My Home and got the latest Plex server. After the upgrade, all of my movie metadata (e.g. posters) were wiped out and just black. If I edit a movie and choose Poster, it showed a bunch of poster options, but all blank.
If I look at my “Agents”, the list looks different than before. For example. I see "Plex Movie (Legacy), but not “Plex Movie”.
I chose to rescan all metadata and it pulled the thumbnails embedded in the files which works, but isn’t what I want. If I go to “posters”, there are now NO options available.
I then looked at the library and see that it is set to “Plex Movie” for the agent. However, as mentioned before, I don’t have that listed as one of the agents.
So, it seems the “Plex Movie” agent disappeared? If so, I have no idea how to get it back.
My server is a WD My Cloud Home device, and the setup is a black box, so I don’t know how to do it. Perhaps I should disable and re-enable Plex?
Any guidance is appreciated.
