Hello all. I’ve never posted on here before, and I know that this has been an issue in the past, but it has been a while since I’ve seen this crop up, so it may be a new issue or an isolated one. The library agent has stopped downloading posters for my movies as of 7/8/18. Movies are matched and metadata downloads just fine, however, no movie posters. I should add that TV Shows and Music work just as expected.
Has anyone else encountered this issue? If so, how did you fix it? TIA for your help!
Yep I have the same issue here, like exactly! TV, Music and Movie metadata works perfect, but movies won’t grab art or posters.
I have a Synology RT2600 router, I turned off intrusion prevention, and boom posters started working again.
I have only just done this and have to dash out, so I don’t know when I will get back to this to give more info.
But if anyone else has this try tethering you Server to your iPhone or something as see if it s firewall issue
I’m having the same issues! Think it’s a network issue!
Having this exact issues as well, has anyone come up with a fix? Only happens on my movies library, not TV. I’ve tried re-ordering metatadata agents with no luck.
I would be looking at your Film/ Movie agent in PMS settings and make sure your Local assets agent is at the bottom of list
