There seems to be a mismatch on this movie trailer - What Planet are you from (2000).
All my metadata seems correct - But it seems to play a trailer of some movie from the 1970’s.
The Stars and info on the movie itself all are correct - But the trailer is not.
I checked IMDB - and it shows the correct trailer.
Any way to fix this?
Would you mind sharing a screenshot please of what you do get so I may report it?
Also, of what you see in the pre-play screen ?
PMS 1.20.1.3252 on Synology DS918+. Library uses new Plex Movie agent.
I ran a quick test on my system. It shows a trailer for All About My Mother (1999), All About My Mother (1999) - IMDb.
First two pics are the pre-play screen. Third pic is at the end of the trailer, when they show the name of the movie.
My screenshot look the same as FordGuy61’s post in this thread. And he found the name of the movie (All About My Mother (1999)).
Let me know what can be done to try to fix this - Or if it needs an update in Plex software.
There’s a thread for this. No updates though so I don’t know if anything happens to the reports
