Can someone PLEASE help me on this. I have a Drobo with all my movies on it. The plex was working fine until I decided to add a bigger drive to the Drobo. My Drobo is still doing the data processing and will take about 48 hours. It says its ok to use the drive at this time. But the problem is Plex shows all my movies but says movie unavailable. BTW I’m using a iMac . Can someone pleas help me on this.
Where is your server running at?
I’m a bit unclear on your setup but when ever you get the “movie unavailable” it means your PMS can’t access the location that your movies are actually on. Did anything change like drive letters or the path to your movies since changing to a larger drive? If your PMS is on the imac can you access the movies fine directly from the imac?
