Movies by actor - split into two groups

When searching by actor, or clicking on an actor on a movie title page, the actor’s firms are split into two groups. Half their films are in one group,the other half in another group. See attached image - the search shows the actor in two movie libraries. There really is only one library. Any ideas how to fix this?

You need to refresh the metadata for your entire library. A couple of months ago Plex changed the way the database stored people. (better way to handle people with the same name) But it also requires a metadata refresh to update old entries.
