Movies don't start, it keeps loading forever in my ATV

So, while trying to play one of the movies I’ve in my plex server library via Apple TV, the loading screen shows forever. I tried to play it in my MacOS and it is working great. The thing is, when I tried to play a series episode, it run fine in my ATV.

I went through different topics related to the same issue and I tried the following:-

  1. Disabled the direct play option: I got transcoding error msg.
  2. Tried to remove the library and add it again, but no success.
  3. Tried to refresh the metadata, but no success.
  4. Tried to scan the library files, but no success.

The Plex media server is located in Synology NAS.

Any help would be appreciated.
