Experiencing the same thing I brought up in my thread, it’s not just mp4, and several others have confirmed the same behavior…

Plex Files Unavailable but they’re not missing

I wouldn’t drop it in Plex’s lap if I hadn’t eliminated everything else first. It’s ONLY affecting Plex, it’s only affecting some files sometimes. I can remove and re-add the shares and Plex will find them. Then on a second scan loses them. I can scan again and some files will come back and some others will go away. It could be something Apple changed, but then it would affect other things, and if it was something Apple changed, then Plex needs to catch up to figure out why their app is the on…
