Movies Library: There was an unexpected error

I’m having an issue where whenever I click on the “Movies” tab on PMP, I get a resulting “There was an unexpected error”. This only occurs when using PMP on macOS. All other devices (iOS, iPadOS, AppleTV, Shield, XBOX) are working as expected.

This behavior started happening after I attempted to change the sorting view in movies.

I’ve uninstalled, completely removed PMP from macOS with no change.

Any help is appreciated.
