So over the last day or so movies are no longer matching. Metadata and cover photos are gone. No changes were made on my end so I’m not sure what happened.
I just added a classic movie to my Plex, it matched fine and with metadata/cover images. Nothing wrong on the backend.
Should probably troubleshoot on your end. Anything odd in the server logs?
Turned out to be a DNS failure. All is back to normal. Thank you!
