Movies not playing on LG 75UK6500PTB

ISSUE
My Plex Server running on OSX is working perfectly with multiple clients on the same LAN including iOS, Xbox One, ChromeCast and 2 Smart TV’s a Hisense and a 55" LG running WebOS.

However, my 75" LG 75UK6500PTB will not play movies. When I attempt to play one it shows the name of the movie, the spinning circle… and then nothing.

Thanks in advance for any help troubleshooting this

It may help posting your movie media info that’s failing to play.
Found in the hidden Ellipsis (…) on the movie poster bottom right.
