Movies NOT working

I have a problem with running movies, and movies are still loading and loading, but they will not work out. What should I do? I have Hisense TV.

Let’s start with sharing some more details…

  • which version of the Plex Media Server are you running?
  • do you attempt to play the movie through a plex client or e.g. DLNA?
  • did playing movies using this setup work before?
  • do you experience those issues with all movies or only individual ones?
