Movies without Artwork

Hi there,

I recently reinstalled my Plex server after a computer upgrade, and for some reason some movies have lost their artwork. I imagine something has become corrupted somewhere and not been copied over. It only happens for the odd movie but is still a little annoying…
Just wondered if there was a way of searching for all the movies without downloaded artwork. I’ve tried refreshing the library and metadata but it didn’t fix them.

Thanks for any help with this - I realise it’s not exactly a clear cut problem…

One thing to check would be the “Local Media Assets” under Agents in Server Settings. Make sure that this is UNchecked. I had a few movies where the title and/or artwork seems to change even though it was right the first time. After unchecking this option then do a library refresh all metadata. Hope that works.
