Movies won't sync with the new download feature

I switched all my old “Sync” stuff to the new “Download” function in the Plex app today. The 15 shows I set up worked fine, but the 2 movies I tried to set up both report:

There was an error downloading this file. Swipe to remove or tap to retry.

Relevant details:

  • Android 11 (Pixel 5)
  • Plex via Play Store, v. 8.24.0.28206
  • PMS via Docker on Debian x64, v. 1.24.3.5033-757abe6b4
  • Happens on LAN and WAN
  • Permissions on the file are fine, they both work other than trying to download them, both are h264 in a MKV container
  • I’ve tried removing the movie from the download queue, closing the app, force closing it to ensure it’s all the way closed, clearing the app cache, opening the app and re-adding the movie to the download queue

Please provide the android logs after performing this.
