Click on the TV Shows dropdown next to Advanced Filters and change it to Episodes. You might also want to change By Title to By Release Date (1x or 2x to sort ascending/descending respectively).

but I want individual show thumbs like I used to have. How do I get this view:
You should be able to change the library display mode to Detail View.
If you save this filter as a (smart) collection, it’ll still show the thumbs but you cannot actually get the “full” detail view.
