Moving Libraries to New Disk - Collections there but Empty

I followed the instructions in the Plex instructions for moving my libraries to another Drive on the same PC:

After this process is complete should all collections, played / unplayed tags, etc be in the new library? In my case they are not. I was moving one library at a time and noticed that that was not the case. The collections were still there but empty. I have a fairly large set of collections. The Played / Unplayed is not that big a problem. This is a small library compared to my Movies Library so did not want to proceed if the issue was going to continue.

I can’t explain why there is one movie in the “After” Collection

Any help on resolving this would be very helpful.

Collections can be like that, i find that you have to be very careful with the underlying media otherwise items drop out of manual collections. I’ve had to rebuild mine a couple of times most recently with the big “upgrade”.
