Moving Plex to new synology server error: “Failed to run the package service”

Move & Backup Plex Media Library in Synology NAS

Server Version#: Player Version#: Hi, I am using a Synology DS218+ I am running space issuee, I bought a second drive thinking I can add capacity to my first drive which is is full. Synology suggested me to backup my media and reconfigure synology Volume from SHR Raid to JDOB and then move the backedup data to the drive and add the second drive to same pull. The problem is by doing that I will loose all my Plex Server Data ( Subtitle, cliparts, playlists, settings, etc) How can I move the …

I followed this guide to move my Plex catalog to new Synology NAS Server. But, when I copy the backup of the Library folder over to the new NAS it fails to start back up. “Failed to run the package service”. If I remove the Library folder it does start file.
