I’m looking to move my PMS from my Nvidia Shield to my Synology DS918+ NAS. I haven’t seen any clear instructions on this exact one to one transition (Shield to Synology). I’d like to keep my metadata, watched/unwatched, Collections, ETC. Does anyone have any tips for a smooth transition?

It looks like I am missing several folders. The only two folders I see in my Plex Media server folder (from the Shield) are Database Backups & Logs. I don’t have any Media or metadata folders. Could these be hidden somewhere else? I am using a USB drive. But, I have been unable to access anything but the Internal folder with Windows File Explorer.
I would like to do the same but am unable to move my server to user accessible location. It simply sits there saying its doing it. I left it for 15 hours the other day saying that so I don’t think its me being impatient, is it?
