MP3 audio track will play fine on an Insignia Fire TV with SRT subtitles enabled but will not on a Fire TV Stick...will only play without subtitles on

I can’t for the life of me figure out why some will play and some won’t. It seems turning off the Convert Automatically makes it work either way on the Fire Stick…but if it works on one Fire Stick, it should, in theory, work on other platforms and the limitation would be on the PC. Can someone read my logs and figure out just what the hell is going on?
