MP4 or MKV files won't play on server or on streaming devices. I'm brand new with 4TB library

I’m trying to post the server logs but keep getting bloced by one avenue or another. Thanks you very much. Greatly appreciated.

Now my server is missing when i login both on IE and the plex app. Please help.
