Hi everyone, I was wondering is there a possibility to play or force transcoding in Plex server for multi-channel audio or surround sound on my Xbox360 using the Plex App. My Xbox has been set to Surround Sound mode, but all video clips only play stereo (2-channel) and not the full surround. Playing it on my computer through the Plex Media player, my amplifier plays the full surround sound. I have tried different clips with AC3, DTS and AAC 5.1 encoding and all plays only 2.0 PCM mode on the amplifier. Note: Playing those same clips using build-in video player, full surround is experienced, albeit poorer video performance.
