I am using Plex DVR for OTA reception with HDHomerun Connect on Windows. I have two antennas pointing in different directions, and I use either as necessary with a switch on the cable. They can’t be combined on one cable because of interference. I can scan for channels on either, but I have not found a way to add the two together, or to add channels manually. Apparently I would have the same or worse problem if I had an antenna rotator. Other software such as NPVR or eyeTV allows adding the results of a new scan without erasing the old channels. I have also tried this with the HDHomerun scanner, which may be the same. Can this be done with Plex (without using two servers)? Without this I might as well use NPVR.
