Multiple RasPlex?

Question:

 

RasPlex will obviously look at a specific location for shows, however, how will it work for more than one RasPlex box?  For instance....One RasPlex in the Family Room, and another in the Bedroom.  How does RasPlex or Plex handle this situation, as it not only reads what is in the directory, but adds media info to the directory...

RasPlex looks to the Plex Media Server (PMS) to grab its media, and it is the Server (ie. a separate component) that manages the media.  You can have many many RasPlex devices hanging off of a single server (the limit will the the speed of your server and the speed of your network)

personally I like to have different devices for each room, example: roku for the living room (a lot of content), GTV for my older son room (he's a fandroid), and last but not less RPI for me  :rolleyes:
