I have 2 Plex Media Servers running on my LAN. One I share with friends, and one is for Plex Home users only. They more or less have the same libraries. In PMP I can choose which server I want to the libraries for. Is there a possibility to do this in RasPlex? I do realise that this is the way PHT shows libraries, and I had the same “problem” when I used PHT on a Mac Mini, but there might be a setting somewhere that I am unaware of.

Not at the moment, please raise a feature request on GitHub Issues · RasPlex/RasPlex · GitHub

Thank - and done
I have posted some suggestions for a solution on your github issue thread, so please check it out.
Essentially it consists of configuring one of the PMS servers to limit unauthenticated access.
This should prevent your local ‘Plex Home’ users from seeing the server intended for access by outside friends. And this naturally applies to RasPlex as well as other Plex clients.
My post at github is of course much more detailed, including each configuration step.

Thank you @dlanor - will test it when I get home.
