Multiple Server Users on a Remote Device

Server Version#: 1.40.4.8679
Player Version#: any

I have a plex server where my son and his fiance both have managed accounts and access my server remotely. I have a lifetime plex pass. They are getting married and will be in the same house together shortly. My question is, is it possible for both of them to access the plex server and keep their own accounts and watch data? I ask because if my son logs into their TV he can create a user for her but this isn’t actually adding his fiance to access my server using her Plex account. It creates a new local (local to his roku device) account for her with access to nothing on my server. To get her plex account to come up with access to my server, we have to log him out and log her into the roku. Each time this is done it resets home screen data etc. So not a real solution. Anyone have any ideas or solution to this?

You could invite both of them (their full accounts, not the managed user) into your Plex Home.
But doing so will make them both appear under “Switch User” in all your own clients as well.

If you want to separate yourself from them, they will need to buy a Plex Pass of their own.
Let’s say your son will get a pass, which enables him to invite her to his own, separate Plex home.
They then can use Switch User on their own devices to switch between them.
