Multiple Tuners hdhomerun connect and extend Preference Order

I have multiple HdHomeRun devices.
Recently added an Extend to the mix.
The issue is that Plex has ordered it as the Last Device.
Is there a way to reorder / set a preference for the DVR’s ?
I’d like to use the h264 hardware encoder first before falling back to the mpeg2 streams.

Any help is appreciated.
