I have two servers that run PMS strictly for DVR. One is on cable with two HDHR Primes, the other is OTA with a internal Hauppauge quadTV (which appears as two dual tuner devices). In both servers, both devices have identical “found” channels after a channel scan.
Same issue with both setups. I want the same channel lineups (obviously) for both devices. However, for whatever reason, PMS doesn’t seem to do this. It takes the better part of an hour (or more) to document what channels are selected on device 1 and duplicate the same list on device 2. Can’t this be automatic? Or put a button that says “duplicate channel lineup on all devices?”
