I’m having issues with songs not showing up in Plex even though they are on the server in the appropriate directory. For example, I have two music folders on my extended hard drive and one has a folder called Celine Dion. In that folder are a few albums. One of the albums does not show up at all. I don’t know why. I will attach the logs that mention Celine Dion to this post, but I’m not sure what other logs I should attach. There are quite a few of them as I have many mp3 and m4a files. For Celine Dion, I have the mp3s and m4as in the same folder for the same songs. Is that a problem? Which one should I save? I’m looking at the songs on my windows machine so I’m not sure what to put for the player version. I do have a player on my samsung tv, but I’m not using it right now.

In one of the logs, it says that a number of files were found in the Celine Dion directory, but the processing was “killed”. What does that mean and how do I fix that?
I guess I didn’t post the correct logs. Here they are. Sorry. I’m new to the forum. I hope this helps. How do I tell what other folders or artists have the same issue?
I guess I figured it out. I took all the m4a files out of there and left the mp3s and I updated the libraries and the songs show up now. I guess plex doesn’t like m4a files.
