Music appears duplicated, searching shows duplicate source

For some reason all my music albums are duplicated in plex - not filewise. When doing a album search every album returns twice and selecting to play an album asks me to select a source. The source that shows is my server twice. Any ideas how to fix this? I actually changed my music folder to resolve this issue and while my scan was running the duplicate entries were gone but the time it finished they are all back. I tried cleaning bundles, the thrash, and optimizing the database.

Ok. Mods, please close this. So the files were duplicated, found an extra music folder inside the music folder and this was the reason.
