Music fails to buffer and stops playback

I have this issue on Chrome when playing music. The player appears to buffer up to a certain point along the timeline instantly (about ~1:22), but when the player reaches this point, no further buffering occurs and the playback halts.

Workaround is to scrub the timeline beyond the initial buffer mark and click Play/Pause to resume.

This is happening intermittently on every second track or so on a shuffle playlist.

Any ideas?
