Hello,
I have 1 folder with 14 subfolders included audio files, ( only .MP3 format).
All folders are taken into account by plex scanner but one of them is considered as empty.
Same rights for all the folders, same naming format for all musics files.
Could you have some ideas of the reason of this issue and how to resolve it ?

What is the actual name of the folder? Does its name begin with a dot or other special character?

The name of this subfolder is “Decade 80’s (80-89)” so no special characters
As you might guess , other folders are named as “Decade 70’s (70-79)” and so on…

Is there a limitation of caracters numbers (Music file) ?
At least on Windows, I’d avoid a path length over 255 characters. (that’s the length of the file name plus the length of all the folders and sub folders above it)
I think you will have to avoid your “decade folders”.
Stick to the folder structure in the above link.
