Music library scan don't work! Bug or is related to latest issues?

Server Version#: 1.19.5.3112 (debian buster)
Player Version#:any

Scan of the music libraries is not working anymore. Movie library scan and plex agent is updating metadata for new movies. I didn’t make any changes to my config/server/clients/router lately, so is not on me.

I get this error when trying to scan a music library from the home page:

An internet connection is required to scan library files. Please check this server’s connection and try again.

and this error when I am trying to scan a music library from Settings/Library page:

This server cannot reach the Internet. Please verify connectivity and try again.

Ping to www.plex.tv is working fine (if is relevant) .

It is a bug? It happened only lately, following the issue with web authentication (can’t login, local library can’t be played, etc).

If not a bug, how to fix this?

its not linux only, i am on windows and have same problem, but it seems that it happens with plex music scanner only! if you change library scanner to last.fm for example, it works normal.

Thanks for the tip. Seams that did the trick. It works for me!

But… Trying to switch to last.fm agent, I just discovered an another bug. Depending the order you select the scanner and the agent, playing with these two drop down settings, at the end having plex music selected on both scanner and agent, you may or may not get the 3 checkboxes related to last.fm. I am using edge on win10 for settings of PMS. For me is clear now this is (at least) an another bug.
