Started approx 20 minutes ago. I’m now getting [Req#f7730] Need to be signed in and connected to the Internet to refresh a plex music library. when I try and rescan my music library.
Have tried signing out and back in again as well as multiple clients using both web client and local embedded client. Also tried desktop client all result in the same error.
Movie and TV libraries scan fine. Oh, my internet connection is fine 
Care to post your server logs?
I don’t like posting logs unless I absolutely have to and would rather DM them to folks I choose. Too much sensitive information is contained in those logs.
Regardless, problem has resolved itself this morning. I guess plex was having some issue last night which effected this. Maybe the account stuff they rolled out last night related to mobile sync being sunset caused some issue here. Anyhow, for now its working but I’ll continue to monitor …
This issue popped up years ago if your internet connection drops out frequently in a short time. Only restarting the server helped afaik. I thought they fixed it…
Thanks. My internet is solid as a rock so I’d say that’s unlikely but you never know. Everything else was fine including running a speed test from my plex server when I checked last night. Anyhow, all was well again this morning…
