Music not playing “An error occurred while playing this item”

Hi,

I’m looking for help in getting my music files to play/stream using PlexAmp or PlexTV app.

I’m able to watch Movies, play Videos, listen to Audio Books, and view Photos, but not play Music across any of my devices, PC, MacOS, AppleTV, Android, iPhone, iPad.

I’m unable to play music using the Plex App as well as PlexAmp on my Android OnePlus 8 Pro running Android v11 and AppleTV v14.3 where primary testing takes place.

If I use DSAudio to play music using the DiskstationID it works fine.

Synology DS416j v DSM 6.2.3-25426 Update 3
