Music Playlists Not Importing From iTunes

When I add a music library, I can not get playlists imported from iTunes anymore. It used to work, but after I lost my C drive, I had to set up everything from scratch again (server, libraries, switch from Windows 8 to 10). I made sure to:

  • check mark “share iTunes Library XML with other applications” in iTunes
  • check mark “Import from iTunes” in the Advanced settings when adding the library
  • check mark “enable iTunes Plugin” in the Server Plugins setting (and restarted Plex server).
  • specify the iTunes Library XML path: C:\Users[my username]\Music\iTunes\iTunes Music Library.xml

What am I missing??
