Trouble importing music playlists from iTunes (Music App)

I’m trying to import my music playlists that I spent years putting together in iTunes and importing them to Plex.
I have the XML path in the settings pointed to: Users/name/OneDrive/Music/iTunes/iTunes Music Library.xml

iTunes Plugin shows up under Plugins. When I click on Import from iTunes, I get the message "Not Found. We’re having trouble finding this page. It might have been deleted.

me too, did you find a way to do this?

I’ve never been able to import my playlists from iTunes. Currently the error is “Something went wrong. Make sure the server is available and try again.”. Perhaps Admin can offer a solution that doesn’t involve using third party software? (Please)
