Music stops sound near the end of the track for a few seconds when played via Sonos

Hi all I 'm hoping someone can help me here! I have recently purchased a full Sonos system which sounds great but I have having an issue when I stream music from my NAS, for some reason every song go’s silent for12sec right near the end of track, the time is still counting but there is no sound, this happened when playing music via my laptop or phone.

I am not very technical so any help is welcome
