All of a sudden a lot of the music on my server has changed from being properly named, to now listing the track names as their file names minus the extension. I haven’t updated versions of my server, yet these changes happened. Haven’t changed any settings either.
Server version is 1.19.4.2935
Anyone have any ideas or clues to help me troubleshoot? Thanks in advance!
Did you disable the “local media assets” agent for Albums?
Local Media Assets within Agents > Albums is selected and not disabled.
Just to be clear, I changed no settings prior to noticing that some track names are now being listed as their file name instead. I can say without a shadow of doubt that they were once fine, recently. It seems to have happened on its own. I have also re-inspected the mp3 files themselves and their tags are there, correct, and unchanged.
Could you please post the contents of the Plex XML info of one affected track?

Settings - Server - Agents - Albums - last.fm
drag the line ‘Local Media Assets’ to the top position
Then refresh metadata of this artist
So this is already in the top position.
However, Agents - Albums - Personal Media Albums has Local Media Assets (Albums) as the second choice to Personal Media Albums. Does this factor in at all?
It shouldn’t matter much, change it anyway. Then Refresh Metadata of the artist.
