Im using a global music folder for videos. I can see them on the web app. I cannot see them at all on the Samsung TVs. Under music. The TVs are 2015 models running the plex app. Any suggestions?
I have similar issue. I’ve spent ages preparing the music videos and now they don’t appear with the artist
