Must reset home customization for buffering to stop. Please help!
So many questions… maybe let’s start with what’s going on, what do you want to achieve/change any some details about your setup (e.g. what version of PMS do you have installed innehat version of Windows)?
Every time I open Plex, no matter what TV I use in the house, when I pick a movie to play it just spins (acts like no internet connection or very slow). As soon as I go and ‘reset home customization’ the spinning stops and all movies start playing quickly with no problems until the next day when I open Plex again. That is the version of Plex Web. Look in Settings → Server_Name → General.
The version for PMS will be 1.32.xxxx, 1.40.xxxx, etc.

Are you asking for the make & model of all the TV’s in my house that have issues when trying to play Plex movies? Thank you very much for your help.
Looking for additional information to help determine what is causing the problem.
The capabilities of the Plex apps vary from device to device (ex Sony vs LG vs Roku).
If you have a mix of TV makes, then the problem is probably not with the TV app.
If all the TVs are the same make, then the problem might be the TV app.
So, lets start with TV makes. Can pull model numbers later, if needed. The Plex app version would be nice. It should be displayed in Settings → Authorized Devices.
Example: Plex app on LG TV. Version 5.81.1.
