Mux'ed subtiles not recognized by PMP

Hi All,

Plex is not listing mux-ed subtitle tracks on files and playing them anyway. Because they are not recognized by the player, they can’t be toggled off in the audio settings. Is there a way to either have Plex recognize the mux-ed subs or have Plex strip all the subtitle tracks from the files?
