I created two new libraries to house media files that I don’t want mixed with my movie files. The files have all been scanned, recognized, matched, etc. When I try to play the files, any of them in either folder, I get a message that the files are unavailable. Tile types include mkv, avi, and m4v. The folders are connected and the files are in the folders. Same result for Roku, web (firefox) and the iOS app. Plex server is WD MyCloud Home. Files in the standard Plex-generated libraries all play fine. How do I get the added libraries to play?
