My certificate on QNAP

Hello, i have a qnap ssl certificate. When i open my url, that appears geen lock ssl. But when i go to https://***.myqnapcloud.com:32400/web/ that appear chrome warming non-secure “your connection is not private”

because the ssl is …direct.plex, i think before upgrade to QTS4.3 i dont have this problem. So the problem are PMS or QNAP?
