Secure Connection Failed error

Server Version#: 4.47.3

When I open PMS from my QNAP running QTS 4.5.1.1495 at https://192.xx.xx.xx:32400/web I get the error ‘Secure Connection Failed’.
However if I remove the s from https, it connects just fine. It also works fine with Infuse player on my Apple TV.
How can I fix this? I have seen older threads asking the same but with no resolution.
I don’t know how to attach logs, obviously I’m happy to do so if anyone can tell me which are relevant and how to access them.
