Waiting ages for Plex to let an update go ahead on WD My Cloud Home.
This is going on well over a year now with critical bugs in the system not allowing remote access on android outside the network.
Can somebody get this done?

It’s been going on for over 2 years! (PMS 1.18.6 was released in late January / early February of 2020)
Plex depends on WD to publish / deploy those updates on their platform … something they’ve apparently been struggling to get done.
Plex had commented some months ago that they’re in contact with WD but hadn’t yet been able to get them to do that.
That’s disappointing considering they want people to buy memberships and they can’t keep updates going!!!
