dvr is missing from my library setting - what to do?

after some reading it seems that an upgrade to the server will remove the DVR - I need to get back to an old server version but I do not want to loose all my information and setting.

uninstall PMS with the regular Windows control panel
download and install the latest DVR-enabled PMS build linked in here

All libraries and settings will be retained.

Just don’t use any 3rd party uninstaller programs like ‘Revo’ etc.
