Daughter picked up the fire tv remote to pause video not realizing we were watching a movie on the Pi. Oddly the video paused, but would not respond again. Ideas on how that happened, I don’t have a BT receiver installed, and I’m under the impression the Fire TV remote is BT.

This is pure coincidence, I have a Fire TV (for test purposes as its a pretty naff Plex client) and cannot replicate this, the FTV remote is bluetooth and has no way to communicate with Rasplex even with a BT dongle.
