My Internet Connection TOO LOW For Plex On My Own Wired Network

Logs.
You will need to post logs for anyone to give you help.

From the support area I linked to before:

We work hard to provide the best experience possible, but there will always be some issues that slip through. To help give you that “best experience possible”, we want to resolve these issues that do come up as quickly as possible and we appreciate the invaluable role that our users play in this. By helping gather the appropriate information and getting it to the correct people, all of you help make Plex a better product.
When you encounter something you believe to not be working correctly, please first search the forums to see if someone else has reported the same thing. Often, someone will have already posted about it, so you can add your own details as a reply. If you don’t see any existing reports, then you can make your own. Be sure to find the appropriate forum for the report. For example, if you experience something with the iOS app but not the Android app, the issue is most likely isolated to iOS (and so the iOS app forum would be appropriate). If you discover the same issue is happening in multiple Plex apps, the bug could instead be a Plex Media Server issue.
Of course, keep in mind that some issues you experience may, in fact, not be “bugs”. For instance, buffering playback could be caused by a slow or congested network connection or by an underpowered server. Just because it is happening to you does not mean it is happening to everyone. Computers and home networks are not identical; we each have unique setups with different equipment and software, which could all potentially affect things.
Here’s what we need to efficiently analyze an issue:
The specific app and/or server version being used and device it is being used on
The steps to reproduce (use screenshots where appropriate)
Provide current and expected behavior
Log files (if possible) Log location info
Example:

Title: Crash in Android app when browsing by folder
Description:
As soon as I updated Plex Media Server last night, my Android app began crashing when I browsed a library by folder.
Server version: 0.9.16.6 on OS X “Yosemite” (previously on 0.9.15.2)
App Version: Plex for Android version 2.54.12 on my Galaxy S4
Steps to reproduce:
Opened app
Navigated to Movie Library
Pressed Browse All button
Changed to folder view
Expected: Library should display content by folder hierarchy.
Actual: The app crashes.

I took a while to reply because when I use Kodi Plex app, the movie plays with issues as I expected to my satisfaction.

But I’m still concern about the Windows Plex app. I like it and I want it as an option as well, so, I’ll try to use a movie that doesn’t have dts audio to see what happens. There’s a new Plex Web app that came out (Not the same as the Server One) with new features and new design I want to use as well. I’ll try to play other movies with those see what happen and take logs if things go wrong.

Thanks

Okay, I’m still getting the same issue. This time it shouldn’t have happened.

First of all, I give you guys a perfect 9 out of 10 for the new server app. Almost every features I wanted is there except of O.F.L. (Open File Location) while directly accessing the server app on my network.

Back to the problem. This time I’m not using MKV or DTS. It’s just a simple MP4 4K video with regular AAC audio that all my players play without issues. I get “My Internet Connection TOO LOW” yet I’m using a PC wired on my network, not even wireless. It’s using the ip address, not the web app.

Are you using Edge on windows? Edge has all kinds of video playback issues (FB calling is a great example).

Try the web app in chrome.

Also the “too slow” message can occur if the disk array is busy. It shouldnt, but it does.

@ Bramleigh

Edge on windows. I’ll try something else when I get home
