My LG Smart TV cannot connect to the PLEX server

All of a sudden my TV cannot connect to the PLEX server. I already updated the software to the server and TV but it still does not connect. I also uninstalled the PLEX app from my TV and re-installed it and it still can’t connect.

Please help.

Hi,
try the following. Add your Subnet Mask to the Servers network settings. Reserve your LAN IP addresses of TV and server in your router. Most important make sure your Secure Connections is “Preferred” in server network settings.

J’ai exactement le même problème, sauf que moi je n’ai jamais réussi a me connecter au lecteur via mon téléviseur LG 55UH850V, j’ai bien plex dans ma barre de menu mais quand j’essai de me connecter, j’ai pour réponse “essayer encore”.
serait il possible que vous soyez un peu plus précis dans vos explications svp ? je ne suis pas informaticien. Merci
